印文中，繁體的白文“毛澤東”三字橫刻，從右至左依次排列，“澤”字三點從左邊挪到了右下端，原來“毛”字筆畫較少，與繁體字筆畫多的“澤東”二字排列不協調，鄧散木這一大膽創作真可謂“畫龍點睛”之筆，使詳略更為得當，結構更為嚴謹，布局更為優美。筆畫較少的“毛”字的最后一筆反向倒旋，以寓“反手掌乾坤”之意，而其反向倒旋的“毛”更是。
