此枚江蘇省造光緒元寶每元當制錢十文銅圓，正面上緣“江蘇省造”，下緣“每元當制錢十文”，中間是漢文“光緒元寶”四字，中心有兩個滿文，譯成漢字是“寶蘇”兩個字，左“寶”由“蘇”；錢幣背面上緣“KIANG-SOO”,下緣“TEN CASH”,兩側各有一個實心五瓣花，中間一條長七尾飛龍，幣面文字筆意渾厚，結體方正凝重，意態跌宕萬端，于晚清龍洋中獨具一格，素為收藏者鐘愛。
