在十九世紀(jì)，中國發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，兩千多年的封建帝制被推翻，迎來了中國民國新時代。在孫中山先生指導(dǎo)下頒布了“臨時大總統(tǒng)令”中提出要“另刊新模，鼓鑄紀(jì)念幣”，隨后鑄行銅元輔幣，以十文面值的為主，在全國大量發(fā)行以取代清朝銅元。1914年，銅元正式改稱“銅幣”，民國發(fā)行的銅幣與清最大的區(qū)別是龍紋被換成了由稻穗組成的嘉禾紋，各省鑄造的銅元大多為兩面叉的國旗圖案。
In the 19th century, earth-shaking changes took place in China. The feudal monarchy of more than 2,000 years was overthrown, ushering in a new era of the Republic of China. Under the guidance of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the "Interim Presidential Decree" proposed that "new models be published and commemorative coins be coined". Subsequently, copper coins were coined, mainly in ten-character denominations, and were issued in large quantities throughout the country to replace the Qing Dynasty copper coins. In 1914, the copper coin was officially renamed "copper coin". The biggest difference between the copper coins issued in the Republic of China and those issued in the Qing Dynasty was that the dragon pattern was replaced by the Jiahe pattern composed of rice spikes. Most of the copper coins forged in various provinces were the national flag patterns with two sides crossed.
中華銅幣產(chǎn)生于民國時期，民國在我國前史上僅僅存在了幾十年的時間，因而，在混亂不安的時代，錢幣在閱歷了無窮的年月以后，仍然能夠完好地保留下來，實屬不易，具有很高的前史文物保藏價值、以及文化藝術(shù)交融范疇展開了許多富有成效的立異探究。
The Chinese copper coin was produced in the Republic of China, which existed only for several decades in the former history of our country. Therefore, it is not easy for the coin to remain intact after experiencing endless years and years in a chaotic and uneasy era. 錢幣正面珠圈內(nèi)鐫交叉五色旗與鐵血十八星旗圖案，珠圈外上環(huán)書 “中華銅幣”四字，下環(huán)“民國十年”字樣，左右有花卉紋裝飾;錢文端莊，挺拔俊逸，筆畫飽滿，橫直豎立，極具書法藝術(shù)價值。
On the front of the coin, the bead ring is inscribed with a cross pattern of the five-color flag and the iron and blood 18-star flag. On the outside of the bead ring, the four characters "Chinese copper coins" are inscribed, and on the lower ring, the words "the decade of the Republic of China" are inscribed with flower patterns on the left and right. Qian Wen is dignified, tall and graceful, full of strokes, straight and upright, with great artistic value of calligraphy.
此錢幣背面中間有幣值“二十文”，左右有兩株嘉禾環(huán)繞，下系結(jié)帶，紋飾深邃，線條流暢，優(yōu)美細(xì)膩，錢幣包漿自然，深受歷史的洗禮，見證時代的變遷，具有重大的歷史意義和收藏價值。
