吳進良，字慕鴻，1954年出生，北京人，徐悲鴻再傳弟子，美術教育家。1980年畢業于中央美院，后獲美國諾奇維爾大學藝術史博士證書，其作品多次參加國內外書畫大展，榮獲諸多獎項，數十次赴東南亞國家舉辦個人畫展以及文化交流活動，并被幾十個國家和地區的個人及美術館收藏，被世界美術家協會、世界藝術家聯合會授予“中國藝術家”、“世界藝術名人”稱號。現為中央美術學院特聘教授、北京涉外經濟學院美術系教授、副院長，國務院、外交部專職國禮畫家、世界華人藝術家聯合會主席等職務，享受國家政府特殊津貼。
Wu Jinliang, born in 1954, is a disciple of Xu Beihong, an art educator. He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1980 and obtained the doctor's certificate of art history from the University of northeville in the United States. His works have participated in many domestic and international calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won many awards. He has held dozens of individual painting exhibitions and cultural exchange activities in Southeast Asian countries and has been collected by individuals and art museums in dozens of countries and regions. He has been awarded "China" by the World Artists Association and the World Artists Federation Artists and world famous artists. Currently, he is a distinguished professor of the Central Academy of fine arts, a professor and vice president of the Department of fine arts of Beijing Foreign Economic College, a full-time state courtesy painter of the State Council and the Ministry of foreign affairs, and the president of the World Federation of Chinese artists, etc., enjoying special government allowance.
