此枚“簽字版中華民國三年壹圓”為錯版幣，直徑：39.5mm，重：26.3g，正面鑄有大總統袁世凱的側面肖像及鑄造年度“中華民國三年”，袁像右側戳有英文“L.GIORGI”。背面鑄有嘉禾花紋，中間鑄有“壹圓”字樣。且由于鑄幣時的錯誤造成此枚袁大頭正面與背面圖案小角度微傾斜，形成極少見的錯版幣。
