由中華玉文化博物館館藏，由中華文化促進會創意文化中心監制，高級工藝師仵海洲親自指導設計。雙璽四周分別雕刻著五十六個民族的圖騰、俄羅斯傳統花紋，回形紋。正面刻有“虎符兵印•大閱兵紀念寶璽”字樣。后面刻有紀念“虎符兵印•大閱兵紀念寶璽”由來的銘文。兩側刻有中國閱兵儀仗隊、天安門、中國閱兵方陣、導彈方陣、龍（中國的象征）、海軍演習、俄羅斯閱兵儀仗隊、克里姆林宮、俄羅斯閱兵方陣、陸軍坦克方陣、雙頭鷹（俄羅斯的象征）、空軍空中演習，印底刻有大閱兵紀念寶璽字樣。
It is collected by the Chinese Jade Culture Museum, supervised by the Creative Culture Center of the Chinese Culture Promotion Association, and designed by senior craftsman Ya Haizhou himself. Around the double seal are carved totems of 56 nationalities, traditional Russian patterns, and Hui-shaped patterns. The front is engraved with the words "Tiger Fu Bing Yin Da Parade Memorial Treasure Seal". The back is engraved with the inscription commemorating the origin of "Tiger Fu Bing Yin Da Parade Commemorating Baoxi". On both sides are engraved the Chinese military parade guard of honor, Tiananmen Square, Chinese military parade phalanx, missile phalanx, dragon (symbol of China), naval exercises, Russian military parade guard of honor, Kremlin, Russian military parade phalanx, army tank phalanx, double-headed eagle (symbol of Russia), air force air exercise, and the seal is engraved with the words "Great Military Parade Commemorative Treasure Seal".
虎符是古代皇帝調兵遣將用的兵符，用青銅或者黃金做成伏虎形狀的令牌，劈為兩半，其中一半交給將帥，另一半由皇帝保存，只有兩個虎符同時合并使用，持符者即獲得調兵遣將權。此璽將中國玉文化、璽印文化、虎符兵法完美結合，更具有跨時代的歷史紀念意義。
