此枚中華民國二十一年金本位幣伍圓，于民國二十一年（1932年）上海中央造幣廠鑄。直徑為45.44mm/重37.2g/厚2.93mm，錢幣正面孫中山左旁邊面肖像，上環鑄有“中華民國二十一年”字樣， 錢幣背面為雙帆船航行于海面，上環鑄有“金本位幣伍圓”六字，帆船左側為海上日出和九條芒線，海面為三只低飛的海鷗。
