Sun xiaotou's silver dollar production is very exquisite. Even if it is placed in the whole history of ancient coins, it is highly refined in the manufacturing process, and it is a fine product of modern Chinese coins. Sun Yat Sen's founding commemorative coins are well-known in the money collection market because of their historic and rarity. The layout of this coin is elegant and the engraving is excellent. However, the amount of casting is not much, so it is very rare in the world and has a high historical and academic value.

In the 14th year of the Republic of China, the national government was established in Guangzhou, moved to Wuhan in the 15th year of the Republic of China, and settled Nanjing in the 16th year of the Republic of China (1927 A.D.). In order to commemorate the great achievements of Sun Yat-sen, the father of the country was used in the central coinage. In the 16th and 17th years of the Republic of China, Nanjing and Tianjin mints recast the commemorative coins of the founding of the Republic of China, with hexangular stars on the top left and right. Because the obverse and reverse patterns of the coins are relatively regular, there is no error in Chinese and English, and hexangular stars are set, so it is called the hexangular star plate. This coin was issued in a short time, with no more than 20000 mints recorded. Its current existence is rare, and its market value is up to several million.

"Yuan Datou" is known as the treasure of silver dollar in the field of currency collection. It is the most popular and influential silver dollar variety among nearly one thousand modern silver coins in China, and it is also an important role in the currency system reform of modern China. However, in the three years of the Republic of China, the amount of silver ingots cast by "yuan Datou" was very small, and the amount of silver coins survived was very rare.
