(NASDAQ: JD), China’s leading technology driven e-commerce company and retail infrastructure service provider, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to US$2.0 billion of its shares over the next 24 months.

當然,就在昨天,我有在我的微信朋友圈援引香港信報的報道,京東已與包括瑞銀及美銀在內的投行接洽探討在港Dualisting(美國、香港雙邊上市)。
根據香港萬得通訊社報道,市場消息指出,京東有意最快在今年上半年在港Dualisting(美國、香港雙邊上市),惟掛牌時間及集資規模須按市場情況而定。不過,據悉,瑞銀和美銀正為京東籌備相關的上市準備工作,但現階段仍未向港交所(00388)提交機密上市申請。上市成功后京東將成為繼阿里巴巴上市后的第二個Dualisting(美國、香港雙邊上市)的成功案例。阿里和京東均通過赴美上市完成了從小到大的華麗轉型和國際資本及運營資源的最大化配置,也充分證明了一個成熟的有良好Track Record的資本市場對企業從小到大長期發展的重要性。
