30多年前，當我告別家鄉，穿上軍裝走進軍營的那一刻，基于小時候對古今英雄豪杰、特別是管子、孫子、張良、諸葛亮、劉伯溫等運籌帷幄、決勝千里大師們的崇拜，感覺有了報效祖國、建功立業的用武之地，而血戰沙場、馬革裹尸才是真正頂天立地的好男兒。但是，參軍后卻一直從事新聞宣傳工作，因為工作之需，涉獵了方方面面的書籍，《孫子兵法》就是其中之一。

多年來，我在工作之余創作了不少文學作品，《天地之間》、《光明執子》《托塔神工》等長篇報告文學相繼問世并獲獎，特別是在對《管子》一書的研究中，創作出了《與老祖宗聊天》、《管子大智慧》等作品。編著本書，主要是在研究老祖宗管子及《管子》的過程中，其軍事思想讓我深受啟發。因為孫子也是春秋齊國人，《孫子兵法》和《管子》一書中的軍事思想有許多相同之處。老祖宗管子對軍事有著精湛的研究，《管子》一書中的《兵法》、《大匡》、《勢》、《九變》都是有關軍事的論述。

研讀《孫子兵法》，從中學習管理之道，本書從自己的感悟中進行了闡述。自古以來，管理無非是對“人”和“事”兩方面的管理，而《孫子兵法》一書是中華民族書庫的瑰寶，被譽為并學圣典，它短短六千多字，但是其中涉及的管理學思想卻為后人推崇和欽佩。

有效的管理方法主要有三個方面：一是知人善用，信任為先。孫子說：“故善用兵者，譬如率然。率然者，常山之蛇也。擊其首則尾至，擊其尾則首至，擊其中則首尾俱至”（《九地篇》）。將領導者用人比喻成極易操縱的“率然”就是說只有能妥善處理成員之間的關系，所有人都相互協調、信任與合作，才能發揮最大的功效。在領導者進行有效管理的時候，要給予下屬一定的自主權和信任，同時要讓各組織之間也取得相互的信任，只有如此，組織成員在工作中才能夠積極發揮自己的效用，為領導者和集體貢獻才智，做出成績。

二是恩威并施，賞罰分明。恩威并用者，“厚而不能使，愛而不能令，亂而不能治，譬若驕子，不可用也”（《地形篇》）。孫子在答威王問時說：“賞者，所以喜眾，令士忘死也；罰者，所以正亂，令民畏上也。”對有功的士兵獎賞，能激發他們的士氣，英勇戰斗不怕犧牲，對錯誤進行糾正及嚴厲處罰，使人感到畏怕。在管理實踐中，關鍵是賞與罰要運用恰當，賞其該賞，罰其該罰，公正合理，賞罰都會起到好的教育結果。同理，賞的原則若掌握得不好，同樣也會出問題，也會出現負面作用。賞罰是相依的，古人說：“賞善而不罰惡則亂，罰惡而不賞善亦亂。”在不同的時空條件下，賞與罰必須結合運用。在管理中，如果獎罰處理得當，能進一步調動人們的積極性，激發人們的進取心和責任感，促進積極行為的產生。

三是馭人必須馭心，才是管理的最高境界。孫子兵法一書中寫道：“道者，令民與上同意也，故可與之死，可以與之生，而不畏危。”孫武強調領導與下屬之間意愿協調一致的重要性，這在今天看來也是十分重要的管理心理學原則。而在現代行政管理中的“道”，有著廣泛的內涵，但就根本而言，是指組織的思想、理念和戰略等。孫武就強調應加強對這種“道”的教育，認為應該在滿足于人們的基本需求上，加強對組織成員思想的教育，它指出“齊勇若一，政之道也”（《九地篇》），也就是說：全體士卒勇敢一致，是靠教育管理得法。在現代管理中，一個優秀的企業總有自己的企業文化，從而抓住他們的思想，指導他們的行動。“故令之以文，齊之以武，是謂必取”（《行軍篇》），因而用政治教育官兵、用軍法整治部隊必能取得勝利，也能使領導者獲得大家的敬畏，維護自己的權威；孫子還說要“進不求名，退不避罪，唯人是保”，真正為大家去想才能擁有親和力，得到大家的擁護！

只有在物質、思想、心理都抓住組織成員的“短板”，才能做到“用人之無限，馭心于無形”！

《孫子兵法》對管理學的發展有著不可替代的作用，無論是對領導者領導藝術的探討，還是在管理中對管理方法的完善、管理效率的提升，都是一本現代管理者應該深入研究的書籍，是中華民族優秀傳統文化的重要組成部分。

More than 30 years ago, when I said goodbye to my hometown and put on my military uniform and walked into the military camp, I felt that I had a place to serve the motherland and make contributions to my career based on my childhood admiration for the heroes of ancient and modern times, especially Guan Zi, Sun Tzu, Zhang Liang, Zhuge Liang, Liu Bowen and other masters who planned strategies and won thousands of miles. The bloody battlefield and the shroud of a horse are really good men. However, after joining the army, he has been engaged in the work of Journalism and publicity. Because of the need of his work, he has covered all kinds of books, among which the art of war of Sun Tzu is one of them.

Over the years, I have created a lot of literary works in my spare time. Among the heaven and earth, Guangming Zhizi, tota Shengong and other long reportages have been published and won awards. Especially in the research of Guanzi, I have created such works as chatting with the old ancestor, Guanzi great wisdom and so on. I wrote this book, mainly in the process of studying the old ancestor Guanzi and Guanzi. I was deeply inspired by his military thought. Because Sun Tzu is also a person of Qi in the spring and Autumn period, there are many similarities between the military thoughts in Sun Tzu's art of war and Guan Zi. Guan Zi, the old ancestor, has a superb study of military affairs. The art of war, Da Kuang, Shi and Jiu Bian in Guan Zi are all related to military affairs.

Study the art of war of Sun Tzu, learn the way of management from it, and this book expounds from its own perception. Since ancient times, management is nothing more than the management of "people" and "things". Sun Tzu's art of war is the treasure of the Chinese nation's library, known as the canon of learning together. It is just more than 6000 words, but the management thought involved in it is respected and admired by later generations.

There are three main aspects of effective management methods: first, know people and use them well, trust first. Sun Tzu said, "so those who are good at using soldiers, for example, are straightforward. He who is Frank is the snake of Changshan. If you hit the head, you will get to the end. If you hit the tail, you will get to the end. If you hit the head, you will get to the end. (nine chapters of the earth). The comparison of leaders' use of people to "frankness" which is easy to be manipulated means that only when the relationship between members can be properly handled, and all people coordinate, trust and cooperate with each other, can they play the most effective role. When leaders manage effectively, they should give their subordinates certain autonomy and trust, and at the same time, let each organization gain mutual trust. Only in this way, organization members can actively play their own role in work, contribute intelligence and make achievements for leaders and the collective.

Second, we should give them rewards and punishments at the same time. Those who use both kindness and prestige, "thick but unable to make, love but unable to make, disorder but unable to cure, such as arrogant son, can not use" (terrain chapter). In answer to the king's question, Sun Tzu said, "those who reward, therefore, rejoice in the people and make them forget to die; those who punish, therefore, are in disorder and make the people afraid of going up." Rewards for meritorious soldiers can inspire their morale, fight bravely without fear of sacrifice, correct mistakes and punish severely, which makes people afraid. In the practice of management, the key is that rewards and punishments should be used properly, and rewards and punishments should be fair and reasonable. Rewards and punishments will have good educational results. Similarly, if the principle of reward is not mastered well, it will also cause problems and negative effects. Rewards and punishments are dependent on each other. The ancients said, "to reward good without punishing evil is chaos. To punish evil without rewarding good is chaos." Under different time and space conditions, reward and punishment must be combined. In management, if the rewards and punishments are handled properly, people's enthusiasm can be further aroused, people's initiative and sense of responsibility can be aroused, and positive behaviors can be promoted.

The third is to control people's heart, which is the highest level of management. Sun Tzu wrote in his book of art of War: "the Tao makes people agree with the Lord, so they can die with it, they can live with it, and they are not afraid of danger." Sun Wu stressed the importance of coordination between leaders and subordinates, which is also a very important principle of management psychology today. In modern administration, "Tao" has a wide range of connotations, but fundamentally, it refers to the organization's thoughts, ideas and strategies. Sun Wu stressed that we should strengthen the education of this kind of "Tao" and thought that we should strengthen the education of the thought of the members of the organization on the basis of meeting people's basic needs. He pointed out that "the courage of the whole is the same as that of the government" (the ninth chapter of the earth). That is to say, all the soldiers are brave and consistent, which is based on education and management. In modern management, an excellent enterprise always has its own corporate culture, so as to grasp their ideas and guide their actions. "So it's necessary to teach the officers and soldiers with political education and punish the troops with military law. It's also necessary for leaders to gain respect and maintain their authority. Sun Tzu also said that they should" not seek fame, not avoid crime, but only protect people ". Only by thinking for everyone can they have affinity and get support from everyone!

Only by grasping the "short board" of organizational members in material, ideological and psychological aspects, can we achieve "unlimited employment and control the heart in the intangible"!
