In the 26th year of Guangxu's reign (1900), Zhang Zeng, Secretary of the State Council and Yang wending, Secretary of yanfadao, supervised the administration to handle the acceptance of machinery plants and materials. The cost of drum casting is raised by the Department and Dao. After casting, it will be used by merchants. Fujian Province changed to "Fujian silver dollar bureau" since it took over. The silver dollar that was later minted had a letter "made by Fujian government bureau" on the top, which was quite different from that of other provinces. In Fujian Province, silver horn is commonly used, and its main coin bank is not much, with a quarter of a cent of a cent of a coin.

Fujian had a large scale of coin casting in the Qing Dynasty. It set up three money bureaus successively. The earliest one was the South Bureau, which mainly produced silver coins and occasionally produced Dang ten, Dang five and Dang twenty copper coins. Among them, Dang ten copper yuan is made of red copper with exquisite casting technology. The second money bureau is the west bureau, which started to cast and issue copper coins in the year of Guangxu 31. This money Bureau has one feature, only casting and issuing ten copper coins. The third money bureau is the copper coin Bureau of Fujian customs, commonly known as the East Bureau. The Mint was established in Guangxu in 31 years. However, due to the poor management of the money Bureau, it did not take long to cast copper coins, so it stopped casting. Therefore, the coins of Guangxu Yuanbao "made by Fujian government bureau" are rare now!

The obverse of the coin is read as "Guangxu Yuanbao", the outer circle of beads, and the upper margin period is written as "Fujian official building". In the lower margin, the characters are "Kuping one coin four quarters of a millimeter"; on the back, there are dragon pictures and fire beads in the center, both in English. It has a solid texture and a special historical significance attached to its collection value.
On the top of the coin is the book "made by Fujian government bureau", which is quite different from other provinces. The common silver horn in Fujian Province has a small amount of one quarter of a cent in its main currency bank, which is rarely preserved until now. Guangxu Yuanbao coins have always been the best of modern Chinese coins, with strong historical significance and research value. At the same time, they are rare objects for Archaeology and research of Chinese history and culture. The precious Guangxu Yuanbao coins record the earth shaking history of the Qing Dynasty. After a hundred years of wind and rain, the amount of coins is extremely rare, especially those with good quality, so they are very popular with collectors. This Guangxu Yuanbao has a quarter of a coin: its aesthetic style is unique, and the integration of Manchu and Chinese culture is rarely seen on the front of the coin, while the English on the back of the coin clearly indicates the involvement of western culture. It has a good casting technology and has a high investment value and collection value.
