徐亞鳳，女，1940年4月生，江西南昌人，中國工藝美術大師、高級工藝美術師、江西省工藝美術大師、中國工藝美術學會、江西省美術家協會會員，“市拔尖人才”。她出身“陶瓷世家”，從小受其父陶瓷美術家徐天梅先生熏陶，1958年于景德鎮陶瓷學院美術系畢業，長期在輕工業陶瓷研究所工作，擅長陶瓷粉彩花鳥、山水、人物畫。

一個出生在“陶瓷世家”的徐亞鳳，從小受其父陶瓷美術家徐天梅先生熏陶，長期在輕工業陶瓷研究所工作，擅長陶瓷粉彩花鳥、山水、人物畫。1975年參與設計毛澤東主席用瓷“水點桃花餐具”。

“水點桃花”這技法是借鑒中國畫的寫意設骨形式，先玻璃白水點花瓣，畫出花形，再用水調彩料，在玻璃白上進行二次點染，彩料中的水分含量“濕不流，干不枯”，下筆精準輕捷。徐亞鳳大師所畫鳥雀生動靈巧，活潑可愛，色彩搭配也是恰到好處，出神入化，再現毛瓷真品的芳容，兼具極高的藝術價值與收藏價值。
The technique of "water point peach blossom" is to draw on the freehand bone design form of Chinese painting. First, white glass water point petals, draw the flower shape, then use water to adjust the color material, and carry out secondary spot dyeing on the glass white.
