陳韶伯（1877年—1954年），名思舜，甘肅臨洮縣北關陳家莊人。祖上以農為業，他自幼從師遼東名畫家姚鳳歧，潛心國畫五十余年，師法古今名家，造詣很深，在寫實寫意上均稱能手。陳韶伯的畫尺幅大，氣韻生動，筆勢雄健。他作畫速度快，胸有成竹，按照人們的要求，點啥畫啥，一揮而就。陳韶伯的作品豪邁神奇，不可方物。而人物、花卉，尤屬擅長。如射獵諸圖，描寫塞上風光，生動逼真。曾受聘在甘肅學院代授過美術課。他的代表作如《醉八仙》、《運糧圖》、《十八學士》、《羅漢圖》、《蘇武牧羊》、《游赤壁》、《騎射》、《博古》、《竹雀圖》等，體材豐富新穎，很受廣大群眾的歡迎。臨洮城鄉家喻戶曉，譽滿隴上，馳名省內外。
