圣宋元寶，中國古代錢幣之一。宋徽宗趙佶建中靖國元年（公元1101年）始鑄，是仁宗“皇宋通寶”之后又一種不以年號命名的非年號錢。此枚圣宋元寶，字體為篆書，中心為方孔，正面為“圣宋元寶”四字旋讀，背面光素，保存較為完好，包漿極為濃厚，字跡清晰深俊，銅質精良，鑄工精細，包漿渾厚溫潤，字體清晰端莊，筆畫圓潤工整，是難得一見的品相，珍罕無比，極具收藏價值，有很大的升值潛力空間。圣宋元寶有小平和折二兩種，理論上來講，它只是在臨時鑄造的，后一年的年號即為崇寧，應該鑄造崇寧通寶。但是從錢幣的存世量來看，崇寧通寶折十的極多，而崇寧小平錢很少，這是反常的現象。再結合圣宋元寶存世量極多的現狀，我們有理由相信，圣宋通寶不止建中靖國一年的鑄造期。很可能一直鑄造到崇寧期，直至被大觀通寶小平取代。圣宋元寶錢文書法別具一格，突顯了當時的文化藝術發展以及書法精湛的程度，具有極大的考古價值、歷史文化價值、收藏價值與投資價值，所以圣宋元寶收藏價值非常的高，在流通市場上也難得一見。
