呂少華，1946年生，國家一級美術(shù)師，中國美協(xié)會員。現(xiàn)任中央民族畫院院長，文化部西北藝術(shù)中心主任，中國書畫家協(xié)會常務(wù)副主席，西北總部部長等職。 1965年就讀于浙江美院，1979年在法國巴黎任教并研習(xí)油畫。留法期間先后在英、法、美及新、馬、泰、臺灣地區(qū)舉辦畫展十余次。1996年獲國務(wù)院特殊津貼。1998年或聯(lián)合國教科文組織“世界功勛畫家銅板證書”及法國巴黎市榮譽市民證書。1995年和1996年兩次獲國際美協(xié)和中國美協(xié)主辦的世界華人大展純金質(zhì)獎牌三枚。2001年被國務(wù)院評為全國創(chuàng)業(yè)之星先進(jìn)人物、并在人民大會堂受到黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的接見合影。2002年被陜西省人民政府評為“十大新聞人物”同年三月代表國家在韓國舉辦的世界56國書畫大賽中為國家獲得純金質(zhì)獎牌。其業(yè)績被中央電視臺東方之子及陜西、西安電視臺、上海、天津、廣州等電視臺多次報道并以西部學(xué)子身份拍攝專題片一部（上下集）出版《山水仕女畫集》四部、發(fā)表國際國內(nèi)教學(xué)論文九篇。其巨幅山水作品被釣魚臺國賓館及人民大會堂和省市館收藏。藝術(shù)傳略被國際和國家重要大典收錄。
Lu Shaohua, born in 1946, is a national first-class artist and a member of China Art Association. At present, he is the president of the Central Academy of ethnic painting, the director of the Northwest Art Center of the Ministry of culture, the executive vice chairman of the Chinese calligrapher and painter Association, and the Minister of the northwest headquarters. He studied in Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1965 and taught and studied oil painting in Paris, France in 1979. During his stay in France, he held more than ten exhibitions in Britain, France, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan. In 1996, he received special allowance from the State Council. 1998 or "bronze plate certificate of world meritorious painter" of UNESCO and honorary citizen certificate of Paris, France. In 1995 and 1996, he won three pure gold medals in the world Chinese exhibition sponsored by the International Art Association and the Chinese Art Association. In 2001, he was rated as the advanced person of national entrepreneurship star by the State Council, and was received and photographed by Party and state leaders in the Great Hall of the people. In 2002, he was named "top 10 news people" by Shaanxi Provincial People's government. In March of the same year, he won the pure gold medal for his country in the world 56 nation painting and calligraphy competition held in South Korea on behalf of his country. His achievements have been reported by CCTV's son of the East, Shaanxi, Xi'an, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou and other TV stations for many times, and he has taken one special film (the first and the second episodes) as a western student and published four collections of landscape ladies' paintings and nine international and domestic teaching papers. Its huge landscape works are collected by Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, the Great Hall of the people and provincial and municipal pavilions. Art biography is included in important international and national ceremonies.
