幣正面珠圈外上端鐫“廣東省造”四字，下方為“庫平七錢二分”六字，左右兩側各鑄一蝙蝠圖案，珠圈內鑄滿、漢文“光緒元寶”四字;背面珠圈外鑄有雙龍圖案，里面鑄有一圓形“壽”字。這枚廣東省造光緒元寶壽字雙龍幣版面設計優雅，雕刻精良，銅幣表面包漿自然，可見歲月流通痕跡，至今仍保存完好，實為不易，具有無法估量的學術與歷史價值。
