洪善祥：男，1966年生于江蘇南通。國家一級美術師，中國國畫家協會理事，中國佛教藝術書畫院院士。“兩弾一星”歷史研究會藝術顧問，江蘇省書協會員，非遺傳承人。自幼愛好書畫、篆刻、捉刀磨石，樂此不彼，書法以晉唐入手，后研習石門頌，乙瑛，張遷碑等。行書則筆無定跡，力求跌宕恣肆，意味雋永。篆刻初學黃牧甫，取清剛簡動之結體，旋師秦朱漢白，運吳派鈍刀。收雄渾樸茂之效。國畫初以小寫意為主，后結合篆刻，書法的特點，畫風漸變，以吳昌碩，齊白石等大師為目標，力求書、法、印相融合，為形成拙樸，雄渾的藝術風格而努力。作品多次參加全國展覽并多次獲獎。
