站洋幣一枚
“站洋幣”為1895年英帝國政府為限制本土銀幣的流出，利用印度的孟買、加爾各答的造幣廠鑄造的遠東地區(qū)貿易銀元，俗稱“站洋”。“站洋”銀元先后在英國倫敦、印度孟買和加爾各答兩國三地制造，集英文、中文、馬來文等三國文字于一體，在世界鑄幣史上十分罕見。尤其是將中國古老的篆字鐫于“站洋”之上，令人感慨不已。

“站洋”進入我國后，開始在廣東、廣西一帶流通，因制作精美，含銀量高，深得商民喜愛。英國當局看到“站洋”在中國有利可圖，便大量鑄造與輸入。不久，“站洋”銀元便在中國大部分地區(qū)使用，尤以北京，天津為盛。當時，在中國流通的外國貨幣中，該銀元已占相當大比例，使中國經(jīng)貿利益受到嚴重損害。站洋”雖然在英國鑄造，但此種幣當時只用于遠東地區(qū)，英國本身保存極少，國內民眾鮮有得見；不過，“站洋”的不列顛女神圖案特別受英國人歡迎，所以該幣在英國國內錢幣市場的價格扶搖直上。

但英國幣商的進貨渠道一般集中在香港地區(qū)，而香港市場是從內地及臺灣市場進貨，由此“站洋”的市價有了可靠的支撐，形成了較為穩(wěn)定的中檔幣市價格，與同為殖民外來幣的法屬坐洋明顯拉開了價差。筆者記得在2011年前的幣市上，兩者的價格無論漲跌幾乎相同，可2012年后兩者價格開始拉開差距，直至相差一、兩倍有余，使國內幣市把具有風向標性質的“袁大頭”及“船洋”的市價牢牢掛靠在“站洋”上。此后，國內的文交所和郵幣卡市場整頓，幣市全線下跌，唯有“站洋”市價堅如磐石、屹立不動，也使得掛靠的品種能夠穩(wěn)住陣腳不致崩潰。
