此幣為銅質(zhì)機制鑄幣，錢幣正面中心直讀“大清銅幣”，其中間有“川”字， 即四川省的簡稱，珠圈外上有滿文及“已”、“酉”，下有“當(dāng)制錢十文”，中 間左右兩側(cè)有“度支”、“部”。背面中心雕刻有精致的蟠龍，珠圈外上有“宣統(tǒng) 年造”，外環(huán)為英文字樣。此幣是清代宣統(tǒng)年間四川省所造，制作精良，品相好， 極具收藏價值。
This coin is made of copper. In the center of the obverse of the coin, "Qing Dynasty copper coin" is read directly. Among them, there is the word "Chuan", which is the abbreviation of Sichuan Province. Outside the Pearl circle, there are Manchu and "Ji" and "you" and "Dang Qian Shi Wen" below. 光緒三十年(1904)，仿湖北省銅幣式樣．將“四川官局造”五字改為“四川省 造”四字。光緒三十一年(1905)七月，清政府通令各省將所鑄的“光緒元寶”銅幣 ．統(tǒng)一改為“大清銅幣”，并要在幣的中心加鑄陰文或陽文的各省漢文簡稱，四川 省即鑄有中心為“川”字的當(dāng)五、當(dāng)十、當(dāng)二十等三種銅元。同年九月，清政府的 戶部改名為“度支部”，但各省銅元局所鑄的“大清銅幣”幣面紀(jì)銘仍一直用“戶 部”字樣，唯獨四川所鑄宣統(tǒng)元年大清銅幣的紀(jì)銘改為“度支部”。以致四川銅元 成為全國銅元特點之一。 宣統(tǒng)年造已酉度支部大清銅幣十文，錢面中央鑄有“大 清銅幣”四個漢字，內(nèi)嵌一小字“川”，上端攜刻滿文“大清銅幣”字樣，兩側(cè)為 年份“已酉”，左右分列“度支部”，下端為“當(dāng)制錢十文”。錢背中央為蟠龍 ，上端為“宣統(tǒng)年造”，下端為英文“Tai-Ching Ti-KuoCopperCoin”字樣(大 清帝國銅幣)。流通時間較短。

此枚大清銅幣與平常見到的大清銅幣不同之處在于，正面鑄有“度支部”，而非“戶部”。其實這兩個名稱都是代表著掌管財政事務(wù)的機構(gòu)，只是在清光緒三十二年，因為改組將戶部更名為度支部。相比于“戶部”之稱，“度支部”存在時間十分短，而宣統(tǒng)帝在位時間更是只有三年，可想而知，此枚宣統(tǒng)年造度支部大清銅幣的稀少程度，收藏價值相對其他版別的大清銅幣更是無法估量。度支部清代掌管財政事務(wù)的機構(gòu)。清代原由戶部理財，清光緒三十二年（公元1906年），改組部院各衙門，將戶部更名為度支部，列銜于戶部之上，其原掌管的民政事劃歸民政部，主管官為度支大臣，另有左、右侍郎和左右丞、左右參議；下設(shè)承政、參議二廳及田賦、漕倉、稅課、莞榷、通阜、庫藏、廉俸、軍餉、制用、會計等十司與金銀庫。
