Silver ingots, that is, silver melted into ingots. Starting from the Han Dynasty, casting was carried out in all subsequent generations, but it was not widely circulated. It was popular in Ming Dynasty, but it was not the national legal money for silver ingots. Until the Qing Dynasty, it began to circulate as the main currency. The weight is different, because "two" is the main unit of weight, it is also called silver. Silver is a legal currency, which is used not only for private transactions, but also for government collection of local taxes. The silver system was thus formed.
Silver ingot, as an ancient currency, was replaced by silver since 1933 when the Chinese monetary system began to use silver coins. With a large outflow of silver in the late Qing Dynasty, the amount of silver ingots in the market is much less than that of silver dollars. Also attracted more people to look at the silver ingot. This one is perfectly preserved, with natural coating and bright color. Place name plus silver name is a relatively common specification of coins. This kind of silver ingot is rare in the world and even rarer in perfect quality.
