08年伊始，徐培晨先后籌建了五座藝術館，從馬鞍山到黃山，溧陽到徐州，再到淮安，每座藝術館都付出了巨大的心血。他向政府無償捐贈了自己的花鳥、山水、人物等二三百幅工筆和寫意作品，同時還將自己收藏的張大千、鄭板橋、傅抱石、唐云、高二適、費丹旭、石魯、張辛稼、黎雄才、蘇天賜、劉文西、劉大為、馮遠等名家書畫以及漢代的畫像石、漢印、漢簡、漢俑唐俑青銅器等都無償捐贈給了國家。

著名花鳥畫家譚勇也是徐培晨的老師，老人家70、80、90歲時的個人作品展，全部由徐培晨張羅操辦，就連媒體宣傳，徐培晨也積極聯系，認真提供譚老宣傳資料。

自閉桃源稱太古，欲栽大木柱長天。徐培晨特別尊師重教，“國之將興,必尊師而重傅”。只有尊師重道,才能虛心好學,以長為師，才能重視自己品德和意志的修養。王弗達教授家庭拮據，徐培晨主動為其舉辦展覽;他不但為其另一老師楊建侯出版專輯，其女兒楊左棠的書法集也由徐培晨出資出版。

徐培晨在參加教育部主辦的工筆畫高師研修班時，得知導師李際科沒有出過畫冊 ，他積極聯系并支持資金，終于使天津人民美術出版社出版了他的導師專輯。
When Xu Peichen took part in the workshop of fine brushwork teachers sponsored by the Ministry of education, he learned that his tutor Li Jike had never produced a picture album. He actively contacted and supported the fund, and finally made Tianjin People's Art Publishing House publish his tutor album.
黃山書法協會的朱開霖一直想出一本自己的書法專集，苦于資金問題，為完成其心愿，徐培晨慷慨解囊，圓了一個書法人的夢想。
