清乾隆金嵌寶金甌永固杯，是清乾隆時期的故宮金器，此杯共有4只，其中2只金質，1只銅鎏金造辦于乾隆初年，另外1只金質造辦于嘉慶初年。現藏于北京故宮博物院（1金，嘉慶二年造）、臺北故宮博物院（1金，乾隆年造）、倫敦華萊士博物館（1金、1銅鎏金乾隆年造）。
The gold inlaid treasure of the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty is the gold ware of the Imperial Palace during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. There are 4 cups in total, 2 of which are made of gold, 1 of which is made of copper gilt in the early years of the Qianlong period, and the other of which is made in the early years of the Jiaqing period. It is now stored in Beijing Palace Museum (1 gold, made in the second year of Jiaqing), Taipei Palace Museum (1 gold, made in the year of Qianlong), Wallace Museum in London (1 gold, 1 copper gilded made in the year of Qianlong).
清乾隆金嵌寶金甌永固杯，高12.5厘米，口徑8厘米。 杯金質，鼎式，圓形，直口?？谘冂Y回紋一周，一面中部鏨篆書“金甌永固”，一面鏨“乾隆年制”四字款。外壁滿鏨寶相花，花蕊以珍珠及紅、藍寶石為主。兩側各有一變形龍耳，龍頭上有珠。三足皆為象首式，象耳略小，長牙卷鼻，額頂及雙目間亦嵌珠寶。
本件新時代金甌永固杯是‘‘故宮’’出品，收藏里的“金”字招牌；

金甌永固杯正面刻有“金甌永固”字樣，寓意江山永固，沾皇家福氣，保家業(yè)長存的寓意；以寶相花為紋飾，是以蓮花牡丹等為本位素材，經過藝術加工而成的一種吉祥圖案，含有“寶”“相”“仙”之氣，裝飾效果富麗堂皇。側面裝飾夔龍耳紋飾，夔龍頭頂寶相花，并鑲嵌珍珠一顆，寓意當頭有彩；底部裝飾象足，呈三足鼎立之勢，象鼻內翻，與象牙造型合力支撐整個杯鼎，寓意家業(yè)太平人丁興旺。

鏨刻是制作工藝中的主體部分，也是最關鍵的一環(huán)，金甌永固杯上的圖案十分反復緊密，花紋枝葉小巧精致，要求有極高的鏨刻技藝，鏨刻的層次很深，類似于高浮雕，由于金屬的限制，為達到這種浮雕的效果增加的難度，黃金的特性很軟，力氣小不易達到浮雕的效果，力大容易把金片弄破。
