傳世所見的脈枕以晚清后的制品為多，圖中這件青花脈枕是清中之物，品相完好，脈枕整體為長方形，邊側(cè)長條框內(nèi)有青花裝飾紋飾，為折繞連綿的若干個方形回形紋，有富貴不斷頭的吉祥寓意。脈枕中間繪有青花雙獅滾繡球圖案，目光看向下方，下方是一只飄帶環(huán)繞的繡球，獅子壯碩雄健，面相威嚴(yán)，在翻騰跳躍中，緊盯繡球不放，整幅畫面民俗色彩強(qiáng)烈，走獸造型生動活潑，洋溢著吉祥喜慶之氣。
