改琦，(1773-1828)，中國清代畫家。字伯韞，號香白，又號七薌、玉壺山人、玉壺外史、玉壺仙叟等。松江(今上海市)人，宗法華喦，喜用蘭葉描，仕女衣紋細秀，樹石背景簡逸，造型纖細，敷色清雅，創立了仕女畫新的體格，時人稱為“改派”。工人物，佛像，仕女，筆意秀逸瀟灑，其遠祖為西域人，于元朝時入居中原，明清兩代世居宛平(今屬北京)，祖父改光宗一度任松江(今屬上海)參將，遂入籍于此。明清以來，松江地區文人薈萃，書畫鼎盛，改琦從小耳濡目染，深受影響，青少年時就在藝術上取得一定成就。稍長，結交地方名人，詩、書、畫上得到指點，開闊了眼界，名聲漸著。他先后到過上海、杭州、吳興、蘇州、常熟、無錫、金陵（南京）、宜興、溧陽、當涂、揚州、袁浦等江南諸地。外游期間，與所到之處的文人、畫家均有書畫應酬、詩詞贈答，并游山玩水，領略江湖名勝，使其視野、胸襟得到了開拓和豐富，對其藝術創作有一定的影響。作品不但在江浙一帶備受推崇，而且還得到京師的王公貴族、官僚文人的贊許。此福人物畫約2.9平尺，作于改琦晚年1823年。上留有各大家鑒賞印章，可一一對證。本件藏品得于四川著名中醫大家、收藏大家張太無先生后人之手。
