插票冊供集藏郵票用的簿冊，又稱郵票插冊、集郵冊。插票冊一般用較厚的紙板制成,,內有固定的插票頁；在插票頁上嵌有用玻璃紙或透明膠片做成的插槽，供插放郵票用。因郵票能在插票冊內隨意插入、提取，故集郵者多作為暫時存放郵票使用。這種郵票插冊，遇氣候潮濕或在亞熱帶地區使用，郵票背膠極易與插票頁粘連；無法提取；或致使郵票發霉。若遇插槽透明膠片材質低劣，也易使郵票出現化學反映。因此，制作插票冊的材料必須講究，以不損壞郵票品相為選材標準。同時，存放時需要通風、防潮。與插票冊同一類型的，尚有小型張、明信片、首日封插冊。插票冊的形式，分固定式和活頁式兩種。

小型張插冊:專門為保存小型張設計制作的郵票插冊。分冊式和簿式。冊式的插票槽可插放小型張，也可插四聯或多聯票，國外稱聯票簿。
首日封插冊:專門為保存首日封設計制作的插冊。每個插票槽或袋的尺寸同于一枚標準信封。適應信封規格的有普通首日封插冊、大號首日封插冊及雙聯首日封插冊等。
