《和諧盛世十二生肖紀念卡》以我國著名工藝美術大師郭樹林、王銀鳳夫婦創作的精美的十二生肖剪紙為題材，以鈔券的形式整版展示。

中國的生肖文化源遠流長。據考證，十二生肖最早見于世界上第一部詩歌總集《詩經》。《詩經·小雅·車攻》曰：“吉日庚午，既差我馬”，東漢時期即有十二生肖紀年。生肖文化是中華民族傳統文化的一個重要組成部分，在中國家喻戶曉、婦孺皆知。

古老的剪紙藝術，源遠流長，是中華傳統文化的民間藝術瑰寶。唐代偉大詩人李商隠贊譽說：“鏤金作勝傳荊俗，剪彩為人起晉風。”唐朝詩圣杜甫稱頌道：“暖湯灌我足，剪紙招吾魂。”

《和諧盛世十二生肖紀念卡》100元面值為8連體，50元面值為10連體，30元面值和20元面值為16連體，10元面值為30連體，5元面值為35連體，總面值5150元。該套電話卡設計采用只有第一套人民幣曾采用的券面中間為面值大寫，面值兩側為圖案的結構，并采用美國編碼模式尾號俱為8。

Printing process
