圖中一枚中華民國十文銅元雙旗幣，重量:7g 直徑:28.7mm。錢幣正面圈內圖案鐫兩面交叉的國旗(雙旗幣之名由此而來)，左為鐵血十八星旗，右為五色旗，中間系結帶，旗幟飄揚，雙旗上方有五角星裝飾。圈外上環楷體"中華民國"字樣，下環"開國紀念幣"五字，左右兩側長枝花飾之。錢幣背面圈內為稻穗組成的嘉禾紋圖案，中央豎寫"十文"2字，紋飾逼真，凹凸有致，栩栩如生，圈外英文環繞。
