王天一（1926——2013），甘肅成縣人。擅長中國畫。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，石濤藝術(shù)學(xué)會理事，炎黃藝術(shù)館藝術(shù)委員，國家畫院院務(wù)委員，甘肅文史館館員，政協(xié)甘肅省委員會委員，甘肅畫院副院長，國家一級美術(shù)師。王天一先生擅長寫意花鳥畫，風(fēng)格介于大、小寫意之間，他的氣質(zhì)爽朗、豪縱、樸實(shí)、醇厚，其筆墨有大寫意的雄渾大氣，簡括樸厚，奔放痛快，沉著有力。其所作《魚鷹》、《雄鷹》等，墨色沉厚，筆法恣肆，造型概括，氣勢磅礴，很得苦禪意蘊(yùn)。他的畫路很寬，各種花鳥薈萃筆下，狀物述形，盡得其妙。丹等題材畫得清雅脫俗，、杜鵑以及動物類的孔雀、鷺鷥、游魚等等，都十分生動傳神，而筆墨靈動爽快，率意大方，敷色鮮明，濃而不艷，畫面上洋溢著勃勃生機(jī)。
