Ten Commemorative Dollars for the Founding of the Republic of China
After the victory of 1911 Revolution, Emperor Qing abdicated and the Republic of China was founded. Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the pioneer of the Chinese democratic revolution, was temporarily President of the Republic of China. In the "temporary presidential decree", he proposed that "new models should be published to coin commemorative coins". Then, two mints in Wuchang and Nanjing took the lead in coining the copper coin of the "commemorative coin of the founding of the Republic of China". Ten literary denominations were the main value, and a large number of publications replaced the Qing Dynasty Tongyuan. Because of the double flag pattern on the back of the coin, it is also called Double Flag coin.
Because the double-flag coins came into being in the period of the Republic of China, and the Republic of China only existed for several decades in the history of China. In the era of desperate war and chaos, coins can be completely preserved after going through endless years, which is not easy. Therefore, they have high collection value of cultural relics and become the focus of many buyers.
In recent years, "double flag coin" has become more and more popular in the collection circle, not only because it occupies an important position in the history of coins, but also has an important help for domestic research on the history of the Republic of China. Moreover, as a non-renewable resource, the hotness of the collection market will inevitably lead to the scarcity of ancient coins in the world, so such coins have high collection value. The ten pieces of commemorative coins of the founding of the Republic of China are well preserved and of good quality. It has rich pulp, bright luster, complete lines and high collection value.
