珠圈內滿漢文“光緒銀元”，上環“云南省造”， 下環“庫平三錢六分” “光緒元寶”四個字，字體俊秀。光字最后一筆豎彎勾，做了一個鳥的造型，鳥嘴緊連光字一瞥。光緒的緒字中間那一瞥，仿佛刀柄，一刀刺進了緒字的心臟。元字，錘擊鳥眼，有吸干大清元氣之意。寶字的寶蓋上面一點，探出寶蓋下方，字體寫的柔弱飄逸。
