何家英（1957～）天津人，現任中國美協副主席、中國藝術研究院博士生導師、當代工筆畫協會副會長、天津美術學院何家英工筆畫研究所所長、天津畫院名譽院長、天津美術館名譽館長。 曾獲國家“有突出貢獻的中青年專家”、中國文聯“德藝雙馨文藝工作者”、中宣部“四個一批”文藝人才、2012年在巴黎盧浮宮“2012沙龍展”中獲繪畫類金獎等榮譽。擅長當代工筆人物畫創作。代表作品有《山地》、《十九秋》、《米脂的婆姨》、《酸葡萄》、《魂系馬嵬》、《秋冥》、《朝*露*?！?、《舞之憩》、《楊開慧》等。本品為設色紙本，原裱立軸，規格尺寸:長*寬約99*48cm，合約4.2平尺。作品采用傳統L型構圖法，物象造型比例準確，料彩設色豐富，暈染層次過渡自然，女孩安謐恬靜，享受生活的悠然之態躍然紙上，品之讓人頓生心悅，具有很高的欣賞與收藏價值。
He jiaying (1957 ~), born in tianjin, is currently vice President of China art association, doctoral supervisor of Chinese academy of art, vice President of contemporary fine art association, director of he jiaying fine art institute of tianjin academy of fine arts, honorary President of tianjin art academy and honorary curator of tianjin art museum. He has been awarded the national "young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions", "deyi shuangxin literary and art workers" by the China federation of literary and art, "four groups" of literary talents by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, and the gold medal of painting in the "2012 salon exhibition" at the Louvre in Paris in 2012. Good at contemporary meticulous figure painting creation. Representative works include mountain, 19 autumn, rice fat's wife, sour grapes, wei of the soul, autumn death, chao * lu * sang, the rest of the dance, Yang kaihui and so on.
