近幾年來(lái)，大清銅幣與其它藝術(shù)品相比，更受收藏家們的喜愛(ài)，少則幾萬(wàn)元，多則百萬(wàn)、千萬(wàn)元的天價(jià)貨幣，往往成為藏家們積極追尋的目標(biāo)。大清銅幣，學(xué)名清代機(jī)制銅圓，鑄造始于1900年（清光緒二十六年），止于1911年（宣統(tǒng)三年）。鑄造流通時(shí)間盡管只有十余年，但其鼎盛時(shí)期全國(guó)共有十七省二十局開(kāi)機(jī)鑄造銅圓。十七二十局先后鑄造的當(dāng)十銅圓，各不相同，版式繁多。僅以明顯區(qū)別劃分，其版式亦有數(shù)百種之多。
