中華民國時期國民政府發行的貨幣。1935年11月4日，規定以中央銀行、中國銀行、交通銀行三家銀行（后增加中國農民銀行）發行的鈔票為法幣，禁止白銀流通，發行國家信用法定貨幣，取代銀本位的銀圓。1948年8月19日被金圓券替代。
