“袁世凱像中華民國三年蘇維埃版壹圓”銀幣是湘鄂西省蘇維埃政府的湘鄂西省農民銀行在江西瑞金的造幣廠用中華民國三年版的袁世凱像銀幣翻鑄的，銀幣正面袁世凱像的面部比原版銀幣袁像稍顯粗糙，袁像右側鐫有加框豎排繁體“蘇維埃”三字印記，以限在蘇區流通使用。銀幣的背面鑄造精美，顯然是用繳獲的原版袁像銀幣背面鋼模鑄造的。因為鑄造時間短，鑄額很小，加之后來被國民黨當局發現和收繳熔毀，故存世量很小。
