青花瓷又稱白地青花瓷，常簡稱青花，中華陶瓷燒制工藝的珍品。是中國瓷器的主流品種之一，屬釉下彩瓷。青花瓷是用含氧化鈷的鈷礦為原料，在陶瓷坯體上描繪紋飾，再罩上一層透明釉，經(jīng)高溫還原焰一次燒成。鈷料燒成后呈藍色，具有著色力強、發(fā)色鮮艷、燒成率高、呈色穩(wěn)定的特點。原始青花瓷于唐宋已見端倪，成熟的青花瓷則出現(xiàn)在元代景德鎮(zhèn)的湖田窯。明代青花成為瓷器的主流。清康熙時發(fā)展到了頂峰。明清時期，還創(chuàng)燒了青花五彩、孔雀綠釉青花、豆青釉青花、青花紅彩、黃地青花、哥釉青花等衍生品種。
又稱“碎紋素地青花”、“紋片釉青花”，集紋片釉與青花工藝為一體的瓷彩。特點是青花彩瓷上罩以紋片釉，由于碎片紋很象哥窯釉的開片，故名“哥釉青花”。

Blue and white porcelain, also known as Baidi, is often referred to as blue and white, and is a treasure of Chinese ceramic firing process. It is one of the mainstream varieties of Chinese porcelain and belongs to underglaze porcelain. Celadon is made of cobalt ore containing cobalt oxide as a raw material, depicting the decoration on the ceramic body, and then covering it with a layer of transparent glaze, which is burned at a high temperature to reduce the flame. Cobalt is blue after firing, with strong color, bright hair color, high firing rate, and stable color. The original blue and white porcelain has been seen in the Tang and Song dynasties, and mature blue and white porcelain appeared in the Hutian kiln in Jingdezhen in the Yuan Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, blue flowers became the mainstream of porcelain. The Qing Emperor Kangxi reached its peak. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it also created and burned blue flowers, Peacock green glaze green flowers, bean green glaze green flowers, green flowers red color, yellow green flowers, and brown glaze green flowers.
