這套人民幣票面設(shè)計(jì)圖案比較集中地反映了當(dāng)時(shí)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)以農(nóng)業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)、以工業(yè)為主導(dǎo)、農(nóng)輕重并舉的方針;繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)了第二套人民幣的技術(shù)傳統(tǒng)、風(fēng)格,制版過(guò)程中精雕細(xì)刻,機(jī)器與傳統(tǒng)的手工雕刻相結(jié)合,使圖案、花紋線條精細(xì);油墨配色合理,色彩新穎、明快;1元、5元券采用定向、不定向五星水印紙,10元券采用天安門圖景固定水印紙,增強(qiáng)了人民幣的反假反偽能力。
這套人民幣是我國(guó)自行設(shè)計(jì),使用我國(guó)自己研制的印鈔專用設(shè)備印制,體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)時(shí)我國(guó)的科技水平和國(guó)情,是我國(guó)印制工業(yè)進(jìn)入獨(dú)立自主、自力更生新時(shí)期的重要標(biāo)志。

With the approval of the State Council, the People's Bank of China began issuing a third set of RMB on April 20, 1962.
This set of RMB ticket design patterns reflects the policy of China's national economy based on agriculture, industry-led, and agriculture.
