黃努衛先生為國家一級美術師，國禮畫家。1935年生于安徽歙縣，系國畫大師黃賓虹外孫。幼成家學，曾得外公黃賓虹和黃晉新的親授，繪畫以山水為主，黃賓虹大師甚為贊賞。作品參加全國大賽多次獲獎，刊登于多家報刊，并入編書畫集、文獻和被收藏。其作品山水畫曾在2006年在香港國際拍賣會以60萬港元拍出。在創作過程中善于汲取前人的經驗和藝術精華，師古不泥，大膽創新。經過反復錘煉，逐步形成自己獨特的藝術風格。主張“藝術源于生活”，擅長觀察思考、提煉、升華，從平凡的生活中挖掘素材，并獲得創作的靈感，創作出大量為人稱道的優秀作品，取得了很高的藝術成就。
Mr. Huang Nuwei is a national first-class artist and national ritual painter. Born in 1935 in Shexian, Anhui Province, he is the grandson of Huang Binhong, a master of traditional Chinese painting. He was taught by his grandparents Huang Binhong and Huang Jinxin. His paintings were mainly landscape paintings, which were highly appreciated by Master Huang Binhong. His works have won many prizes in national competitions, published in many newspapers and magazines, compiled books and paintings, and collected documents. His landscape paintings were sold at the Hong Kong International Auction in 2006 for HK$600,000. In the process of creation, he is good at drawing on the experience and artistic essence of his predecessors, learning from the past and innovating boldly. After repeated tempering, gradually formed its own unique artistic style. He advocates that "art comes from life". He is good at observing, thinking, refining and sublimating. He excavates materials from ordinary life, and obtains inspiration for creation. He creates a large number of excellent works which are praised and has achieved great artistic achievements.
