Sichuan copper coin was the product of the 1911 Revolution. In December 1911, the Chengdu Rebellion took place. The Sichuan Military Government, with Yin Changheng and Laurent as its chief and deputy governors, replaced the Sichuan Military Government, which had been built for only 12 days. At the beginning of the construction of the new military government in Sichuan, it was faced with the financial predicament that needed more and more money and spent less and less. The military government quickly accepted the Sichuan Chengdu Mint and decided to forge "Sichuan Copper coin" for emergency. In April of the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the Chengdu Mint of Sichuan, under the orders of the Sichuan Military Government, started casting "Sichuan Copper coin made by the military government". The Sichuan Copper coin made by the military government came into being at the historic moment, with distinct and strong historical characteristics and great historical value.
Do you know the collecting value and current price of Sichuan copper coins made by the military government? Distinguish their format by copper. Sichuan copper coins have two kinds of denominations: red and brass except five-character copper coins. The brass of ten writers is very common, and the red copper is very rare, especially in the two years of the Republic of China. Twenty, fifty, and one hundred Sichuan copper coins, red and brass are common. In the three years of the Republic of China, red copper was less. Differentiate formats by font size. Sichuan copper coins in 20 and 50 characters have three fonts, large, medium and small, along the front of the four characters "made by the military government". Twenty and fifty Sichuan copper coins with Chinese characters and small characters "made by the military government" are more common than those with large characters "made by the military government" and "made by the military government" are slightly less. Another kind of Sichuan copper coin with ten characters "made by the military government" in the two years of the Republic of China and fifty characters in the back of Sichuan copper coin in the three years of the Republic of China has very few survivors, and it is extremely difficult to distinguish between typeface writing, strokes and typefaces. Sichuan Copper coin has a casting period of about 15 years. The casting quantity is quite large. During the casting period, the mould is damaged more and replaced more frequently. Therefore, there are more typefaces to distinguish between strokes and typefaces. If differentiated by subtle differences, its format should be more than one hundred. Whether from the point of view of the study of Copper Yuan or the point of view of the collection of Copper Yuan, it is meaningless to divide the layout too carefully. Therefore, the typographic distinction between the strokes and the typefaces in typefaces is generally emphasized. There are obvious differences in the front fonts of Sichuan copper coins, which are in the four characters of "Sichuan copper coins", "four", "copper" and "coin". The word "four" can be divided into two types according to whether the upper and lower corners are sealed or not: the "opening four" and the "closing four". The word "coin" can be divided into two formats according to whether a stroke in the part of "towel" comes out or not, namely "head scarf" and "flat headscarf". Its "copper" character is divided into formats according to the writing brushwork beside "gold", "gold" is written by four horizontal writers, commonly known as "horizontal pen gold", "gold" is written by three horizontal two points, commonly known as "point gold". There are fewer ten and one hundred coppers of Sichuan Copper coin in "Dianjin" edition. Twenty and fifty are more common. According to legend, the gold edition was made by Chongqing Tongyuan Bureau. The obvious differences in writing on the back of Sichuan copper coins lie in the characters of "Min" and seal book "Han" on the top of "Republic of China * Year". According to the word "people", it can be divided into two formats, one is "a little people" and the other is "no people", depending on whether it has a point or not. There are many formats according to the character "Han" in seal books. There are five writers on the left side of the traditional Chinese seal script, commonly known as "Five Brushes of Water". Six writers, commonly known as "Six Brushes of Water", are few, and none of the other Sichuan copper coins in face and year number. The "20" on the upper right side of the seal character "Han" is a square character, commonly known as the "Fangtouhan". It is an arc character, commonly known as the "round head man". This is also one of the typographical types that can be distinguished according to the writing method of seal book "Han". The seal book "Han" of Sichuan Copper coin is fluent in writing and free in writing, which is quite different from the other fifty articles of different formats. It can also be used as a starting point to distinguish the formats of Sichuan Copper Yuan. Distinguish the layout with flower-star decoration. The front center of Sichuan copper coin is a lotus flower ornament, which can be divided into different formats according to its size. There are two hollow cross stars on the left and right sides of Sichuan copper coins. In addition to the "double star edition" in which the Cross stars are separated on the back of the coin, Sichuan copper coins with 20, 50 and 100 characters have a format with multiple cross stars on the back, commonly known as the "three Ken edition". In the two years of the Republic of China, most of the 100 "three-star editions" were "point gold", with a small amount. It's rare nowadays.

According to relevant information, Sichuan military government copper coin, because of its numerous founders, short casting period, and during the casting period to change the mold repair plate, the existing edition is extremely complex in the art market this year, the most sensational thing is that a well-established "Sichuan military government made 500-yuan copper coin" has sold 1.8 million yuan, the price of which is the highest. Copper coin is also a wrong edition coin, which has higher collection value. Scholars believe that the collection value of "Sichuan Military Government made copper coin" is difficult to estimate. It is the "partial door" of the antique collection market. Nowadays, the collection market of "Sichuan Military Government made copper coin" is extremely hot. This Sichuan Military Government misedited copper coin is even more precious.
