藏品為貴州省政府造貴州銀幣，藏品直徑為3.9厘米。該銀幣正面珠圈內是“貴州銀幣”四字，中心為“芙蓉花”，上環“中華民國十七年”，兩側小花。而該銀幣背面珠圈內是在草地上行駛的汽車圖案，公路旁草葉組成“西成”二字暗記。汽車前輪12根輻條，寓意一年平安吉祥、如意發達。上下分環“貴州省政府造”、“七錢二分”，兩側小花。此組錢幣保存完好，錢幣上面的圖文清晰可見，十分難得。
轎車銀幣鍛造后僅一年隨著周西成死去，政權更迭，轎車銀幣流轉失掉可依靠的政權力氣。轎車銀幣流轉時間過短，流轉規模很窄，留存天然不多。后來，該銀幣多被持有者兌換給有關部門毀掉，或以自行鍛造銀器等方法毀掉。即便因種種原因其時未被毀掉的，也在隨后的政治運動及收繳中被毀掉，使其存量日益稀疏，變成珍品。
此枚錢幣為金幣，更是稀有，具有極高的收藏價值和市場價值。

The upper and lower sub-rings "made by the Guizhou Provincial Government" and "seven money and two cents" have small flowers on both sides.
