民初四川銅幣。幣面正中“四川銅幣”4字，中間為海棠花圖案，上眉有“軍政府造”字樣，下部為幣值，背面中間有個圈，圈內有篆陽文“漢”字，大圈外環18個小圈，象征獨立的18行省，上部為“中華民國元年”字樣，共當十、二十、五十3種。
該幣正面中央珠圈內有“四川銅幣”四字，上下左右分列，其中心飾有芙蓉花紋。珠圈上緣書“軍政府造”四字，下緣為“當制錢壹佰文”字樣，標明幣值，左右飾以花星紋飾。銅幣背面中央大圓圈內為一篆書“漢”字，“漢”字底有數十條橫直紋，因而錢幣收藏者也稱之為“漢”字銅元。
紀年仍鐫“民國元年”。四川銅幣五文亦有幣背為篆書“漢”字加十八圈者存世。數量極少，當為其開鑄時之樣幣，后未批量發行。“軍政府造四川銅幣”于1912年（民國元年）開鑄之后，具有極典型的特色。“軍政府造四川銅幣”發行量較少，流通時間較短，現今存世量亦較少，集藏“軍政府造四川銅幣”，已經成為收藏家們眼中的熱門幣種。
此藏品表面黝黑包漿銹色，斑駁凝重，銹漿十分緊實，分布自然，此四川銅幣包漿渾厚，甚為難得，值得收藏。
