甜白釉以元代官窯生產的最為著名瓷器之一，元代甜白釉大多達到脫胎、薄胎程度，尤其是脫胎制作工藝極其復雜，大約需要幾十道工序。甜白釉釉色極瑩潤，能照見人影，給人以溫柔甜凈之感，所以稱為甜白釉，素有“白如凝脂，素猶積雪”之譽。
甜白釉瓷器是非常稀少，真正的甜白釉應該是乳白色的乳濁釉，我國古代僅有元代樞府釉是失透的，其他甜白釉并不是白色的釉，而是將不含金屬氧化物呈色元素的釉料施于胎骨潔白的器物上，入窯高溫燒制而成的透明釉 釉色因白潤瓷胎的映襯而顯出白色，現在習慣上將這種透明釉也稱為白釉。
此藏品為元代官子款甜白釉暗刻龍鳳青花釉里紅碗藏品符合元代時期的制作風格，器型: 圓形、撇口、甜白釉透光暗刻龍鳳盞，規整優美少見，應屬傳世孤品。通體施甜白釉暗花紋飾，強光打入瓶體后，不管是從瓶內側還是外側都可清晰看到以青花釉里紅繪畫的雙龍戲珠的圖案，格外漂亮。再看釉色和紋飾，釉色白如凝脂，素猶積雪，紋飾流暢舒展，工藝精致細膩，布局清疏自然。以手拂之，圈足光滑細膩，可鑒胎骨之精，里外皆麗質非凡。堪為瓷器之珍稀佳器。
轉碗顧名思義為可以轉動的碗，上端，底座同時制作燒制而成，即可轉動，又不脫落，在白釉的背景下，雕刻有層層圖案，在上端有內府二字，有龍鳳花紋，清晰可見的藍色龍紋，鱗片和條紋畢現，鳳紋更顯皇家尊貴，畫面繁復而不雜亂，彌漫著花香，又透露出皇族的威嚴，簡直巧奪天工，美艷非常。這般的技藝，加上藍色騰飛的巨龍，可以判定是宮廷之物無疑，平常百姓人家是與之無緣的。
瓷器有“內府”二字極為稀少，非常珍貴。外部有摸印的龍鳳花紋，最為奇特的是，這種瓷器在直射光下是純凈的白釉瓷器，在透射光下顯現青花釉里紅的龍鳳紋圖案和“內府”款，內府瓷器的真品都是官窯瓷器，內府一個意思是皇家總管，負責為皇家監制瓷器的，所以都是官窯。這種瓷器的底部多有模印的“官”字，是屬于宮廷瓷器。
