藏品介紹：光緒三十一年，云南獲得批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立分廠(chǎng)，廠(chǎng)址于舊寶云局地址上，現(xiàn)今昆明市錢(qián)局街，機(jī)器設(shè)備由德國(guó)進(jìn)口，技術(shù)工人從四川調(diào)入，祖模系向天津廠(chǎng)請(qǐng)領(lǐng)，于光緒三十三年八月鑄幣完工，開(kāi)始鑄造銀幣。初鑄銀幣現(xiàn)俗稱(chēng)“老云南”
錢(qián)面：頂部鑄楷體“云南省造”四字，底部鑄貨幣價(jià)值“庫(kù)平七錢(qián)二分”，中心直讀“光緒元寶”四字” 錢(qián)文極為精湛、大氣，間架結(jié)構(gòu)平衡舒展，該枚錢(qián)幣表面的包漿自然，給人一種歲月凝重的滄桑感。
