《圖注本草綱目求真》為清代乾隆宮廷御醫黃宮繡編纂而成，江寧秦監泉鑒定定稿。黃宮繡字錦芳，江西省宜黃縣棠陰君山人。清代著名醫學家，乾隆時代宮廷御醫。與陳自明、崔嘉彥、嚴用和、危亦林、龔廷賢、李梴、龔居中、喻昌、謝星煥并列為江西歷史上十大名醫。
"Seeking Truth from the Compendium of Materia Medica in Illustration" was compiled by Huanggong Embroidery, the imperial physician of Ganlong Court in Qing Dynasty, and finalized by the appraisal of Qin Jianquan in Jiangning. Huang Gong embroidered with the word Jin Fang was from Tangyin Junshan, Yihuang County, Jiangxi Province. A famous medical scientist in Qing Dynasty, he was a court physician in Ganlong era. Chen Zhiming, Cui Jiayan, Yan Yonghe, Wei Yilin, Gong Tingxian, Li Fei, Gong Zhongzhong, Yu Chang and Xie Xinghuan were listed as the top ten famous doctors in Jiangxi history.
