什么是粉彩：粉彩瓷又叫軟彩瓷，景德鎮窯四大傳統名瓷之一，是以粉彩為主要裝飾手法的瓷器品種。 早在清康熙年間，粉彩作為瓷器釉上彩繪藝術已開始了萌芽；到雍正時期，已趨成熟，并形成粉彩裝飾的獨特風格；乾隆時期粉彩已非常興盛。亦稱“彩繪瓷”。
“官窯內造”乃為清代晚期的光緒年之物;而此件“官窯內造”款粉彩花鳥蓋罐：光緒粉彩有官、民窯之分，官窯器的胎體普遍堅硬潔白，結構細密，胎體輕重適度，達到了所謂“只恐風吹去，還愁日炙消”的地步
光緒粉彩的造型時代特征鮮明，總體風格是秀麗精巧，具有一種陰柔的美,無論是大小器皿都制作精工，極講究，規矩方圓，一絲不茍，注重細部處理，反映了當時制瓷工匠的高度技巧和非凡的創造力。粉彩（將五彩的各種色彩加入一種白色彩料玻璃白）的出現，改變了色料的性能，讓繪瓷工人能利用渲染的手法，繪出比五彩更為精確、真實，色彩更加豐富的畫面，因此粉彩被稱為我國傳統彩瓷中瑰麗的晚霞
