此料器浮雕形似竹筍，上有五條彬彬如生的飛龍。料器中部出現一顆形似夜明珠的珠子，形成五龍戲珠的布局。形態厚重古樸，雕工超群絕倫。主體材質透明度高，光澤晶瑩，溫潤如玉，是舉世罕見的藥玉料器孤品。配料時采用的犀牛角等眾多珍稀原料與名貴色料，需要皇家御廠遠赴世界列國采集。經御用巨匠數十道工序精巧構思，潛心煉制，靈犀灌注，精益求精，遂成一代名器。
