北洋，在清代歷史上包含河北、山東等地，總部設(shè)立于天津。北洋官局，原名是叫北洋機(jī)器局，建立于1867年，分東西二局，是清代軍工企業(yè)。

Beiyang, including Hebei, Shandong and other places in the history of Qing Dynasty, was headquartered in Tianjin. Beiyang Official Bureau, formerly known as Beiyang Machinery Bureau, was established in 1867 and divided into East and West Bureau. It was a military enterprise in Qing Dynasty.

1887年，李鴻章在北洋機(jī)器局東局下設(shè)了天津造幣廠，也叫北洋銀元局，度支部造幣津廠，于1896年（光緒22年）開始鑄造銀元。該套銀幣紀(jì)念冊鑄造發(fā)行數(shù)量極少，存世量不多，價值很高，非常具有歷史意義，值得收藏，未來的價值空間越來越高。

In 1887, Li Hongzhang established the Tianjin Mint, also known as the Beiyang Silver Yuan Bureau, under the East Bureau of the Beiyang Machinery Bureau. The Duzhi Mint began casting silver yuan in 1896 (Guangxu 22). This set of silver coin commemorative album is of great historical significance and is worth collecting. “光緒元寶”是中國早的機(jī)制幣，是中國近代機(jī)制幣中的十大名譽(yù)品之一，俗稱“龍洋”，因錢幣背面一般鑄有龍紋而得名。其具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和歷史意義，且加上清末、民國戰(zhàn)亂連連等因素，一些較珍貴的光緒元寶銀元品種存世量已稀少，收藏價值高。許多收藏家對它趨之若鶩，爭相起價.北洋的銀元發(fā)展歷程映襯著中國晚清貨幣政策的進(jìn)與退，每一次斷檔也刻錄著一次歷史的顛簸。了解造幣史和造幣廠的變遷過程，不僅可以理解銀元的歷史價值，同時也會對不同時期銀元的種類、成色、龍紋特征、齒邊特征等方面提高認(rèn)知。

"Guangxu Yuanbao" is one of the ten reputable products of the early Chinese machine-made coins in modern China. It is commonly known as "Longyang". It is named after the dragon pattern on the back of the coin. It has important practical and historical significance, and combined with the late Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China, war and chaos, and other factors, some of the more precious varieties of Guangxu Yuan Baoyin Yuan stock has been scarce, high collection value. Many collectors are eager for it and scramble to start the price. The development of silver yuan in Beiyang reflects the advance and retreat of China's monetary policy in the late Qing Dynasty. Every break also records a historical bump. Understanding the history of coinage and the changing process of the mint can not only understand the historical value of the silver dollar, but also improve the recognition of the types, color, dragon pattern and tooth edge characteristics of the silver dollar in different periods.
