任法融,俗名任志剛,第七屆中國道教協會會長,世界宗教和平會議主席,全國政協常委。

原籍甘肅天水市,生于公元1936年。其外祖父為清末秀才,頗精儒學,以教學為生,其母在外祖父教育影響下,亦通讀儒家四書,并常閱讀佛、道教經典書籍。在易學方面主要研讀易經、陰陽系統論、人體生物節律學等。

Renfarong, commonly known as Ren Zhigang, president of the 7th China Taoist Association, chairman of the World Religious Peace Conference, and member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee.

He is originally from Tianshui City, Gansu Province and was born in 1936 AD. His grandfather was a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. He was quite refined in Confucianism and lived on teaching. Under the influence of his grandfather's education, his mother also read four books of Confucianism and often read Buddhist and Taoist classics. In Yi Xue, he mainly studied Yi Jing, Yin and Yang System Theory, and Human Biology Rhythm.

任法融雖從師學經韻,但卻不愿終生作經懺道士。他認為,經韻是誦經的表達儀式,只是闡道宣傳的外表形式,而道教的精神實質,一是修真體道延年益壽,二是窮宇宙造化之源,明萬類消長之理,既有哲理性,又有實用性,不但對己身有益,而且對人類幸福、社會穩定、天下太平都有積極作用。因此,他雖習經韻但不重經韻,而是把主要精力用在讀道書、研道意。從1955年至1958年(1958年曾參加全國民主青年代表會議,為陜西省青年代表)這3年中,他利用農作之暇,細讀《道德》、《南華》、《四品》、《陰符》、《素書》等道教經書,自感獲益不淺。1957年冬,任法融拜別師父,離開隴縣龍門洞,到陜西周至縣樓觀臺道院掛單。當時樓觀臺總理為梁宗和道長,頗諳儒、道經籍,贊揚任法融讀了不少書,但還必須精讀儒家五經,以打好治學的基礎。于是任法融認梁宗和道長為師,在梁道長指導下,認真學習了《左傳》、《尚書》、《易經》。在習儒學6年之后,任法融覺得儒學雖然淵博,但道教徒還是對博大宏深的《道德經》感到親切。從1964年至1966年,任法融認真閱讀《道藏精華錄》中所載60余家高人對《道德經》的注釋,這使他大為開闊了知識的視野,深化了對《道德》的理解。1966年文化大革命爆發,樓觀臺道教徒受沖擊,大部分殿堂、園林被文管、園林部門占住,大部分道教徒被遣散。任法融時年31歲,仍堅持在樓觀臺,與道眾墾荒種地謀生。在十年浩劫中,他們的生活十分困難,處境十分危險,但任法融處險不驚,遇難不悲,心胸豁達,信仰虔誠,一直沒有放棄對《道德經》的研究;通過十年浩劫,他更領略了世事之艱苦,人生之困苦,從而更深地豁然徹悟《道德》的深玄妙理。于是他下定決心,要用道教義理重新注釋《道德經》。1978年中共十一屆三中全會以后,黨和政府撥亂反正,認真貫徹落實宗教信仰自由政策,陜西樓觀臺又重歸道教自己管理。1980年,任法融擔負起了募籌資金,招工維修樓觀臺的責任。在爾后的5年中,他工作十分繁忙,但他依然利用間暇之時,注釋《道德經》。相傳樓觀臺為道教圣地,老子曾在此講授《道德經》。樓觀臺古遺有石刻《道德經》,稱之為“樓正本”,是此書的一種著名版本。任法融道長便是以此為底本,從事注釋。5年間,注寫三遍,約40萬字,1986年又刻意求精,重新改寫,1987年冬脫稿,篇幅10萬字,1988年由陜西三秦出版社發行。據該書“內容提要”介紹說:“任法融道長用數千年來道家真傳的正統觀點注釋了‘樓正本’《道德經》。”“筆者用無極圖和太極圖從縱橫兩個方面、微觀宏觀兩個領域對《道德經》的基本思想作了高度的概括,對老子的自然觀、人生觀、社會觀(尤其是宇宙論、養生論和政治論)之玄理奧義作了深入淺出、與眾不同的解釋。”此書的特色,就在于作者是一位虔誠的全真派教徒,他用道教義理及虔誠信仰的情感來注釋《道德經》。欲知道教徒如何看待和理解《道德經》,就請看此本。

Although Renfarong learned the rhyme from the teacher, he did not want to be a monk for life. He believes that the rhyme is an expression ceremony of chanting, but it only elucidates the appearance of propaganda, and the spiritual essence of Taoism, one is the extension of life in the cultivation of the truth, the other is the source of the creation of the poor universe, and the reason for the growth and decline of the Ming and Wan classes. There is both philosophy and reason. It is also practical and not only beneficial to oneself, but also has a positive effect on human happiness, social stability and peace in the world. Therefore, although he studied the rhyme of the scriptures but did not emphasize the rhyme, he devoted his main energy to reading Taoist books and studying Taoism. From 1955 to 1958(in 1958, he participated in the National Conference of Democratic Youth Representatives, a youth representative of Shaanxi Province). During the three years, he used farming. Read carefully the Taoist scriptures such as "Moral", "South China", "Four Products", "Yin Fu", and "Su Shu", and feel that they have benefited from it. In the winter of 1957, Renfarong visited the master and left Longmen Cave in Longxian County to go to the Tiantai Academy in Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province. At that time, the Prime Minister of Louguantai was Liangzong and Dao. He was quite familiar with Confucianism and Taoism. He praised Renfarong for reading many books, but he must also carefully read the Confucian Classics in order to lay the foundation for scholarship. Yushi Renfarongrenliangzong and the Taoist were teachers. Under the guidance of Liangdaochang, he carefully studied Zuo Zhuan, Shang Shu, and Yi Jing. After six years of learning Confucianism, Renfarong felt that although Confucianism was profound, Taoists were still cordial to the "Moral Classics" of the great and profound. From 1964 to 1966, Renfarong carefully read the notes of the "Moral Classics" written by more than 60 Gao people in the "Taoist Collection". This made him greatly broaden his horizons of knowledge and deepen his understanding of "morality." In 1966, when the Cultural Revolution broke out, the Louguantai Taoists were hit. Most of the temples and gardens were occupied by the literary and garden departments, and most of the Taoists were dismissed. When Renfarong was 31 years old, he still insisted on living in Louguantai and cultivating land with Daozhong. In the ten years of catastrophe, their lives were very difficult and their situation was very dangerous. However, Renfarong did not fear danger, died without grief, his heart was open-minded, and his faith was devout. He never gave up on the study of the "Moral Classics"; Through ten years of catastrophe, he learned more about the hardships of the world and the hardships of life, so that he deeply understood the profound mysteries of "morality." So he decided to re-annotate the "Moral Classics" with Taoist principles. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Central Committee in 1978, the party and the government set things right and seriously implemented the policy of freedom of religious belief. Shaanxi Louguantai returned to Taoism's own management. In 1980, Renfarong took up the responsibility of raising funds and recruiting staff to maintain the tower. In the next five years, he was very busy with his work, but he still used his leisure time to comment on the "Moral Classics." Legend has it that Lou Guantai is a Taoist Holy land. Lao Tzu once taught the "Moral Classics." Lou Guantai's ancient stone carvings "The Moral Classics", called "the original building", is a famous version of this book. Ren Luorong Dao is based on this and is engaged in annotations. In five years, the note was written three times, about 400,000 words. In 1986, it was deliberately refined and rewritten. In the winter of 1987, it was drafted and it was 100,000 words. It was issued by Shaanxi Sanqin Publishing House in 1988. According to the book's "Executive Summary", "Ren Farong's long Orthodox views of Taoist true biography for thousands of years have commented on the 'original building' and the" Moral Classics. " "The author used the infinite map and the Tai Chi map to make a high summary of the basic ideas of the" Moral Classics "from two aspects: vertical and horizontal, and micro and macro.
