尹建華，畫家，字福生，一九七三年出生于湖南省邵陽市。現為中國美術家協會會員，湖南省美術家協會員，湖南省藝術研究院畫家，文化部中國詩酒文化協會理事。
Yin Jianhua, painter and character Fusheng, was born in Shaoyang City, Hunan Province in 1973. Now he is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of Hunan Artists Association, a painter of Hunan Art Research Institute, and a director of the Chinese Poetry and Wine Culture Association of the Ministry of Culture.
湖南師范大學美術系畢業。2007年進修于中央美院學院。2010年入清華大學美術學院全國美術理論研究與書畫創作高研班。其作品曾入選2010《中國美術年刊》，《北京藝術指南》，《當代書畫家名錄》。部分作品被國家圖書館，國家檔案館及文化部中國詩酒協會收錄并珍藏。2015年其書畫作品被選為【紀念中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利70周年】主題郵票。
Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Hunan Normal University. In 2007, he studied at the College of Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 2010, he enrolled in the National Advanced Research Course of Fine Arts Theory Research and Calligraphy and Painting Creation, Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University. His works have been selected in the 2010 Chinese Art Annual, Beijing Art Guide and Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters List. Some of the works have been collected and collected by the National Library, the National Archives and the Chinese Poetry and Wine Association of the Ministry of Culture. In 2015, his paintings and calligraphy were selected as the theme stamp to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japan and the World War against Fascism.

2014年7月《山里人家》獲第十二屆全國美展，湖南展區“優秀獎”。
2015年《林壑幽居圖》入選吉祥草原-丹青鹿城全國中國畫作品優秀獎。
2015年《層巒疊翠》入選“悲鴻精神”全國中國畫作品展。
2015年12月獲米蘭世博會經貿文化展杰出貢獻獎。
2015年其書畫作品被選為【紀念中人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利70周年】主題郵票。
