此件明宣德玉壺春瓶撇口，細頸、垂腹，圈足，瓶身落有“大明宣德年制”青花款。不同時期的瓷器都各有其特征，此青花蕉葉玉壺春瓶，器型精巧，穩重美觀，胎質堅致，通體白釉，釉色細膩，白泛閃青，青花發色明快，呈色濃重與淡雅相間。藏品通體以青花裝飾，口部沿內飾一周卷草紋，瓶身裝飾蕉葉，蕉葉的中梗留白，極具美感。明代宣德瓷是指（公元1426—1435年，明宣宗朱瞻基年號）年間景德鎮御窯廠燒造的瓷器，以青花最富盛名，因其胎質細膩純凈，釉層滋潤沉靜，釉色晶瑩艷麗，紋飾多姿多彩而聞名于世，與明代其他各朝的青花瓷器相比，其燒制技術達到了最高峰，成為我國瓷器名品之一，其成就被稱頌為“開一代未有之奇”宣德官窯青花，在中國陶瓷發展史中占有十分重要的地位，它從一個側面反映了當時的社會、經濟、文化、藝術以致思想觀念。作為宮廷用瓷和精美的藝術品，具有獨特的藝術魅力，這與當時制度的完備與技術的成熟有很大關系，作品一直被后人推崇，為青花工藝的典范。有很高的藝術觀賞價值，實為收藏之珍品.此藏品將于2019年8月13日在臺灣故宮博物館開拍，誠邀各地收藏人士到場參與競拍。
