四川銅幣，是晚清和北洋時期四川省地方政權(quán)鑄造的貨幣。由于川省銀銅礦缺乏，加之辛亥革命以后軍閥割據(jù)，致使中央政府《幣制條例》關(guān)于銅幣之原料比例、銅幣面額的規(guī)定沒有嚴格遵守，四川銅幣發(fā)行量十分巨大，致使物價虛高、影響經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。四川銅幣，自光緒二十九年（1903年）六月開鑄，至民國二十四年（1935年）十一月法幣開始流通才逐漸退出流通領(lǐng)域。
